The Kingdom of Norway

After a recent journey to Norway, I find it necessary to adjust my feelings about fish soup. That’s really just an aside. The point is, they know how to do it over there. The same can be said of many things Norwegian - clean, efficient, friendly, gorgeous landscapes, gorgeous people, and so quintessentially European. It is a kingdom infused with Nordic mythology and fairytale lore - gods of thunder and cave dwelling trolls being the most famous. There are also tales of lady sirens luring young men into the mountains, the men never to be seen or heard from again. After seeing some of those mountains first-hand, I can attest that the terrain itself is both seductive and frightening. The lore fits. They know how to do it over there. And I’m quite inspired to return and see more. And to maintain the addition of international to my design nomad title.
